Good post Tamojit. I agree to the point you are trying to make here. Unfortunately, Indians use their heart more than their brain and rationality for Indians is driven by emotions and not by practical thinking. I am of the opinion that even Gandhi after doing what all he did for India should have been treated in the same way had he committed a crime. I am happy that the definition of law is changing in India .
