New qualifications for getting Govt. Job.

1. you (candidate) should be from minority(if u r a muslim you get first preference.

2. you should be framed in terrorist activities and whether you are proved guilty or not it doesnot matter.

3. if u involved in bomb explosions and other terror activities it could be an added advantage

4. you should get more publicity from media

5. you should create sleepless nights to PM.
