hi rahul as a married woman, this is my advice. share all responsiblities. do not think cooking, cleaning, washing is her job. always have bed coffee and dinner together, no matter how busy you guys are. talk to each other. weekends... strictly no work for both. encouarge at least one hobby. this WILL work.
