Jehan Mir, -It is not immaturity, but succint realization ! Either they can sit on the fence (like India) and see taliban regroup and NATO can face attacks or they can deal with the menace conclusively. -Pak has a lot to lose too if US breaks away from PAK. -More border troops from South Korea will not help as the problem is not troops: It is PAK's inaction in FATA. -Is it not common knowledge on where the taliban is regrouping, al qaeda is getting protection and strength and NATO and American troops are getting hit and run incidents ? -PAK has literally dragged its feet in the last 5 yrs and has proved to be unreliable.
Obama voted against Irag war ! He might actually have a better grip than you on what's happenning on the ground in FATA.
