The simple answer will be that no non-muslim would be in that position. There are ethnic clashes by non-muslims, but that has never got a global diamension like islamic fundamentalism. The maoists in India and nepal donot attack paris or madrid, LTTE doesnot do terrorism in moscow or tokyo, ULFA does not kill innocent people in turkey or italy. Their rage is directed against their counterparts. The muslims are against every non-muslim in this world and wherever they donot find non-muslims to attack (like in pakistan or afganistan), they attack each other. So there is no question of any non-muslim being in such a situation.
