Guilty always be punished.Relegious discrimination is immaterial.Neither any grant of pardon nor any religious sentiment should in favour of Mohd.Afzal.Any person who break the Indian Law or dis-obey it or any act of operation by whom the war is so created or any person by whom the national rule is voilated should given not only capital punishment but also death by hang-on in which , Mohd. Afzal is no exception to it.This is the case of rare to rarest case in India for which a death order could passed by the Supreme Court.
