My dear Kiran: The Tamil issue is different from Kashmir issue. Kasmiris were asking for a separate country not separate state. Kashmir was given a separate state and the Muslims are the majority. They rule the state. The Sri Lankan Tamils are asking for a separate state and the Sinhala racist does not want to give. If the do not want to give then they have to give the Tamils a separate country. Due to LTTE today at least the world knows about the Tamils problem. They had made sacrifices and mistakes.
