We must never go on 'hear-say' unless the full facts are projected. The IPS officers arrested in this case r yet to come out with their reactions. The terror is taking over PEACE not only in Guj. but in all over India. So we should not let any person get away if s/he is suspicious about terrorist activities. The person killed too might hv shown these signals & that's how he cd hv bn killed.
