What can the Police do? If they catch hold of a Criminal Like Afzal and bring him to the court, the court sentences him to Death but the Govt does not execute the Punishment - So they might have thought fake encounters are the only way to punish the criminals ONly problem with gujarat police is they dont know how to do encounter? atleast maharastra can help gujarat police in this case.
