Sonia/Congress has also started appeasing dogs.. chidambarams dogfood budget.. everything has become costlier except dogfood to feed pets of the rich.. so much for being pro-poor. Next ARjun singh is going to ask reservations for dogs.. After all, if the dogs are living in India.. so they should get Indian passports etc Right? ;)
