Few Questions on Hinduism and Islam

Dear Friends,
I would like to think of myself as a neutral person. But you may draw your conclusions yourselves and reply to me.
Questions for Islam
1. Islam is called a Religion of Peace. Can you re-call one peaceful negotiation, or solution arrived by an Islamic country or leader with another?
2. Why majority of terrorists are muslims? Do they not know to think for themselves?
3. Why are women not given equal rights?
4. I hear that there are a few divisions among muslims similar to caste system in hindus. Why are you guys hiding it?
Questions for the Hindus
1. Who formed the Hindu Religion? As far as I recall no one did.
2. Why do we lack aggression? We are pushed around by others only because we are soft.How could be become aggressive?
3. Even after 60 odd years of independence why are we not able to include muslims in the mainstream? Why are we not able to brainwash them like their old men in the mosques?
