If Mr Prashant Dayal is so eager for such public service, then he may take the old ppl in confidence of Surat, Amalsad, Navsari, Baroda, Ahmedabad etc, then he would unfailingly be able to dig out many many such skeletons of fake encounters by Police during Cong ruling in past.
