congress baiters particularly gandhi family baiters know that if these two scions of the gandhi family gain prominence then the opposition leaders have absolutely no chance of being in active politics.
During Indira Gandhis regime, the opposition did not exist. Did vajpayee, advani have any prominence? no. such is the charisma of this clan. it is not dynasty that scares you, it is this charisma.
