Nalanda should become better than a oxford again

I think...Nalanda should conduct a preparatory course for every student regardless or caste or creed, after the preparatory course for 6 months, they should conduct some exam depending on the interest of student and select them after that.
Nalanda university should not be termed as IIM or etc., it should just teach...and create more intellectual in the chosen fields..and once they completed there course succesffuly, they should teach in nalanda for 1 or 2 years..
This will help not only the students but also improve there ability also.
