Terrorism is terrorism, whether muslim did first or hindus responded or ISI did it & blame it on Muslims & hindus or what ever it may be. Terrorism is terrorism. If something happen in one's power, doesn't means that it is happening because of him. We should give justice for all who brought the concept of terrorism for getting things done. For that we need all people co-operation both (1) Muslim & (2) Hindus.
