visa to a comman man

wat abt visa issuance to a common man to come to india or go to pakistan..

group visa have been said n tat too group of min 15 people which is not so easy to get..

so visa dialogues have had no helping hand in any person wanting to come to india to meet friends or as a tourist.

first have easy visa rules n then go ahead with political issues..
