Glad that headway is being made in resolving the Kashmir issue and hope it is resolved as the sufferers are the common people. Can anyone enlighten me how an issue can be un-resolved issue even after 4 wars ? Atleast in 3 wars it was the congress in power - what happened ? Hope that what war could not resolve dialogue will.
