Dear Mr Ghosh ... hoping that you are aware of what you are speaking / writing .... the court has simply put a stay on the law stating that the 1931 census done by the British about 75 years ago can not be the basis of a reservation law ... if Arjun singh & company are that serious for the OBC then they should have passed / created the law after taking proper statistics & figures ... these Arjun singh & company only brought this law to win elections by creating vote bank ... still look they are not doing a proper statistical study but putting pressure on court only ...
