I understand your concerns about our community. But I would IN THE FIRST PLACE THERE SHOULD BE NO RESERVATION, rather say that if there has to be any reservation, then IT SHOULD BE SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF THE FINANCIAL CAPACITY OF THAT HUMAN OR HIS FAMILY.
