hats offto SC, but i must add, if the SC should allso consider the fact - that "abolition" of this faulty legislation is long over due & also make it known to every body that standard of quality is going down & it will further go down( already standard is at the bottom level) if this continues. Emphasis should be given NOW on "MERTITS" rather on "MERCY". 60 years of so aclled independence & where are we heading for!!!
