Why govt. is hurrying & wants to push quota for OBC in elite institutions. It seems some politicians' sons are eager to get admission this year in IIMs etc. If delayed they will lose one year or may be become overage. Can some bright journist do investigating jourlism & find out who these candidates are. Govt. was sleeping for 57 yeras & now they are in such a hurry as pointed out by Hon. Court. Matter seems to be fishy.
