The SC has again put the greedy and power hungry politicians like Arjun Singh and Co. in place. Its the meritless people like these politicians who see nothing wrong in promoting mediocrity in the Institutions of learning to hang on to power. But this relief is going to be temporary as now there will be a race on to try and get a Constitutional amendment pushed through. The Congress led UPA govt. rushed to get the stay vacated with the same urgency as the SP govt in UP went in appeal against the Allahabad HC ruling on minority institutions with the eye on the UP elections. Unfortunately the caestist SP got the relief in UP but fortunately the SC has given a piece of its learned mind to the UPA govt.
