yes you are 200% correct. these quota is only benefiting brainless and idiot kids of rich OBC class who got every best facilities for education but they spend most of there time in pubs, disco,or with gf's and at the end they got addmission becuase of qouta and all politicians are making fool of Poor OBC's in the name of reservation
