I have an excellent sugestion to Arjun Singh to increase the quota from 27% to 100% ! Believe me , it can be done as under , not only for students but also for faculty and karamcharis , wherein 100% of IIM can be reserved for OBC.
The scheme is as under : On 1st Aug 2007, ALL THE STUDENTS AND FACULTY of IIM should resign from IIM and start a new campus under a new name say IIBM ( Indian Institute of Business Management) and the current IIM can be "Gifted" to Arjun Singh to fill up not only the students seats but even faculty positions and karamchari positions all by OBC, with preferably some quotas for MLAs, MPs etc.
The new IIBM can be floated as a listed company and Arjun Singh can go boasting that he has done 100% reservation !
