These reservations helped only 5%!! Those who got richer in first generation because of these reservations only are utilizing them again. One more thing, if this Arjun singh is so much interested in reservations, why not start from Parliament?? For increasing the reservations for lower castes, even for ladies (if not a whopping 33%, little more above the current level) every political party come in a single line to oppose... if it is reservations in education or private sector, they have no objections..!! As long as their 'kursi' is safe, they play with any thing else.
