The percentage of OBC candidates who are finally selected for IITs and IIMs is always greater than 20%. It is as high as 50% in some of the courses/branches. If one could get all the data and analyze, then they will find that there is no need for putting the OBC reservations. They are in fact much better than most of the general category upper caste students. If they want to put some reservations, then they should put the creamy layer stick and not the caste which is determined by birth....So that the disadvantaged sections of society can look forward to a quality education. However the quality education should be made available in the school such as good teachers and good schools for primary and secondary educations.
