U need to study concept of deterrence deeply. It is deterrence, mind of politicians and bravery of Indian Army, that we have protected Kargil without use of nuclear weapons and without crossing even LOC. If we dont build these things, india would be attacked instantly by china and pakistan. We r now even devweloping our capacity to detter china. Sucessful use of Agni III demostrate this.
