When the govt gives reservation to the SC's and ST, they are all in line to receive it. They are all ready to accept that they are lower caste. Why then is there a legal problem when we call some one as SC or ST. When they receive reservation, they should be ready to be called as SC or ST's. What a twist in our constitution
