Bad for UP and India

I think this kind of fractured verdict will be bad. It will necessitate horse-trading or strange-political-bedfellows or expensive repoll that UP or India can ill-afford. As such democratic governments have to struggle hard to bring out any meaningful legislation or good development work even when they are sincere. So don't even dream of development with strange coalition partners (Coalition partners normally are like 'Hitha Shatrus' - they are worse than direct opponents!)
