India shining, IT investments, mushrooming BPOs, skyscrappers, hundred of malls, IIMs, ISBs, IITs, Internet revolution, tourism attractions, and what now... when we read such article, we feel that UP/Bihar are not part of India et all. Unfortunately, our Parliament is consisting of maximum number of MPs and Ministers from those states. It is very visible and clear that the politicians of UP/Bihar were/is never interested in making these States progress with Education and better life conditions, fearing loss of their upmanship and political status and ministerial berths. We will India get a Parliament to take care of the entire nation without any bias, particularly in education, infrastructure, food supplies, irrigation and medical facilities...
