US thinks that they can deceive their way through the weak UPA government run by saint like Mr. Manmohan Singh. If they do succeeed in somehow getting this deal down India's throat, I am afraid that this will sow the seeds of greater suspicion than when US sent 7th fleet to Bay of Bengal in 1971. Indians have long memories.
