My heartfelt condolences to the family members of Minal Panchal and of other students who got killed in the shooting spree at virginia Tech. I Wish the Almighty shall grant peace to the departed souls.
As this kind of situation is not new in US,to avoid this kind of nasty thing the university's student counselling system should take atleast partial responsbility.There should be many student counsellers atleast one per dormitory and they should monitor and know student living conditions.If any one is behaving differently, helping them psychologically mostly prevent this kind of happenings again.
