It seems to me we Indian do not gain anything from this Indo-US nuclear deal. It restricts us from Reprocessing fuels, having Fast Breeder Reactors, Enrichment plants and usages of Thorium which we have in plenty. We would not have nuclear weapons to defend India. We will get very old American technology which would make us dependent on them for ever. Energy can be produced in a number of ways, nuclear is not the only option. If we take this option what is wrong with Russia, who gave us everything since 1974. Why do we need Americans at all!!!!!!.
