My basic question is how this boy was able to buy the guns, new cartridges from some seller without questions asked. The Root cause is that such a visibly depressed youth can buy the firearms & getaway! This as just aiting to happen.
Ban all purchases of firearms unless there is a strong justification & there will be no such virginia fallouts.
