Oh yes!with the reservatins and other stuff going on in india....
I remember my classmate who completed degree two years later.With about 16to17 papers to be cleared at the time of the normal completion period this guy is a Lecturer at Anna University.I am sure he would have improved lot but he improved just because he had an opportunity (reservation) even after he was irregular to classes,bunking and in theaters when poor guys are there in class attending ....
BTB,it is not only the society which made anyone grow (except for the ones who used reservation quota).It is his own capability and force from inside which made him grow.I am sure more than 90% of people from india would have been in US /else where if they were given an opportunity. In fact NRIS bring a lot of money to India.
