A reflection of USELESS law and order machinery.

It is a reflection of India's absolutely USELESS, sub Saharan African style law order system. India will remain in fools paradise unless it establishes a modern police force (that can protect its citizens from rouge elements) and an efficient judiciary.
Disclosure of religion and caste should be made voluntary in all transactions and media should impose self censorship (to avoid communal riots etc. in a country like India where 5 out of 10 people do not know how to read, write and THINK!!!
