My dear brother has said that Upper caste people are against reservation so they abuse it. It is wrong dear . concept was mooted by Dr. Ambedkar and he himself resigned from congress during Nehru's time only because he himself was frustrated from Congress. Reservation should be to those who really need.Congress has ditched all SC/ST leaders. remember Babu Jagjivan ram he was denied chance of Being PM after death of Shastri Ji and Indira occupied seat .
