It appears that you are a bit confused...knowledge comes from proper education itself. That's why people in U.P are unable to give a clear mandate to a particular political party.Majority of the educated class do not even vote b'coz frankly no one deserves to be in power in UP.The majority who vote are the illiterate class who vote not on the merits of a particular politician but for a particular caste,region or creed!!They need to think beyond these petty issues and for achieving this they must not only be learned but also educated.
