This education boogie is a clear conspiracy against SC/ST/OBC/Muslims to keep them out of election process, especially poor OBCs. The need of the hour is representation and not some polished brahminical education. What education did Phoolan Devi or Rabri Devi had? Didn't they bought glory to Indian democracy and made it outshine even Bush's democracy?
