Thank you Randhir for your informative mail. Many people doesn't aware of this clause in the consititution. Election Commission should reveal this to the public so that they will aware of this and act accordingly. Using this act atleast we can avoid some people in Panchayat and Mandal level elections, since there are only few thousand people are involved in election. At least gross route politics can be changed, since that is the starting point for many of our leaders.
