OK question, when was the last nuclear plant built in US? Also France produces 80% of power through nuclear energy. I understand your concern about lack of power in India but this deal has been distorted out of shape. Let India-US adhere to what was signed in the initial agreement. Move gradually, build confidence and trust, make reciprocal gestures in a phased manner.
I am afraid that if India falls into the trap that you suggest, she would have neither power nor security.
