Undia very badly wanted nuclear technology from USA. So, the USA moved fast and amended their law to enable export of nuclear technology to India. But our foolish government (nudged by the Napumsak Party of India,which is also known as the CPM)has suddenly developed cold feet after the initial enthusiasm. God only can save this country from ruins.
