I dont agree with 1st point!! he didnt say his wife SHOULD NOT WORK. He said either she or he should work.. THe reason is quite simple to understand man.. if u want a good/balanced family and you kid to learn and spend time with them (MInd you only parents can be best teacher and they have much more emotional bond with kid then any one else in the world) then one should stay home.
