WHY EC AGAINST BJP ONLY?

I remember once Ram Vilas Paswan openly told that he will support a party that will propose a muslim as the CM of Bihar! Was it an example of securalism?? Where was EC members then? May be sleeping with beautiful christian/muslim gals 9and boys)!!!
