I dont understand why the SC is bent upon sealing only in Delhi ! Have they realised that if they adopt the same norms in Mumbai, 80% of Mumbai would be sealed !! Supreme Court should get into matters of interpretation of constitution and not on what is to be sealed or not. And if they get into something, it should have pan India relevance and not Delhi alone.
