yes Good decision, Judges should take some Punitive action against law enforcement agencies than only our country should move right direction. Every time law makers made the law than slowly they will change the law according person to person which is not acceptable at any cost. Judges can only make India in right direction otherwise common people never get justice. Money and Muscular power is strong in India and even middle class approach to court than jujstice will take years together at the time effected party may died or he/she wants to quit case. Better judges should give their verdict without seeing who is standing in the box than only this country will improve and true honest will come.
