I am afraid as Prez he would be able to contribute anything for the betterment of the Country as in Indian system Prez has now powers to exercise, unlike US Prez. An able administrator can only function if he is adequately empowered. If in our present system he can be PM he might be able to contribute something that too depending upon how much our vote bank hungry politicians would allow him to do.
