PM's observation
by Sriram Vangal on Apr 08, 2007 03:48 PM

Dear Mr Prime Minister,

If the legislature make laws that is in tune with the constitution, there is nothing the courts can do. The problem in India is that the constitution is not considered. It is the vote bank that motvates laws and the confrontation is inevitable when that violates the constitution. Choose parliamentarians who respect the constitution and evrything will be alright.
