(i) I am compelled to come to the conclusion from my own experiences that now-a-days judges won't study the cases properly and give verdicts which are questionable and if we make any comment, they use their lethal weapon i.e. face contempt of court. In my own case, when a decree was given by Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, A.P. High Court Justice N.H. Hanumanthappa has given a stay stopping its execution when it has no jurisdiction over a decree given by a lower court in Delhi (ii) In the same case, Delhi High Court has also given a decree and both stays remained at the same time making a mockery of judiciary. (iii) When a SLP(C)194/07 has been filed by me in Supreme Court of India simply to uphold the honour and dignity of judiciary the same has been dismissed in court No.6 on 25-01-07 without realizing the enormity of the crime committed by the offender. In case of Zahira Sheik of Best Bakery carnage of Vadodara, the Supreme Court has punished her for perjury with hefty penalty (now exempted) and one year imprisonment. Although this case is more serious as the Opp.party has filed sworn false affidavits in A.P. and Delhi High Courts, Supreme Court has left him scot-free eroding my faith and confidence in Supreme Court of India. (iv) Another trend I have seen is that the judges started insulting and snubbing even Sr. Citizens like me as if they are demi-Gods and supernatural people. I have no faith in Indian judiciary.
