Indepedent Judiciary
by deshmukh m on Apr 08, 2007 04:43 PM

Eversince there is indulgence of Neta's in Judiciary, the justice is eluded totally. Somehow in every state Judiciary dances to the tune of ruling party & not to judicial system. Now it pains to these Neta's when prominent people started raising voice against it. Any new C.M comes in a state, starts with digging the previous CM before taking any remedial steps for lapses or shortfalls for common man committed. Noe CM punises a crimnal & the other releases him & offers to contest on his party ticket. Where is Independent judiciary?

Evedent from cases of high profile people that non of the case involving them is complete. Courts drag the cases for years to let the wittness die or become hostile to close the case in absence of evidence. This is Judiciary as on today
